Mike MacIntyre is an American college football coach for Colorado Buffaloes which has an estimated net worth of $2.7 million.

Mike MacIntyre started his career while attending Vanderbilt as a free safety under the leadership of his father, George for two seasons. Then, he transferred to Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets as defensive back.

When he was at the University of Georgia, MacIntyre began his role as graduate assistant for the Georgia Bulldogs football team in 1990. While with the team, they won the Independence Bowl in 1991.

He named as defensive coordinator for the Davidson College in 1992, UT Martin Skyhawks in 1993, and Temple University Owls in 1997. MacIntyre landed a spot at Mississippi Ole Miss as a wide receiver coach, and defensive secondary coach in 1999.

While with the Ole Miss, the team won the Independence Bowl in 1999 and 2002,and a runner-up during the 2000 Music City Bowl. MacIntrye did some stint with the Dallas Cowboys in 2003 and New York Jets in 2007 as defensive backs coach. A year later, he was named as defensive coordinator for Duke Blue Devils.

In 2009, MacIntrye was hailed as head coach for the San Jose State Spartans. Then, he was hired by the Colorado Buffaloes and became its 25th full-time coach for the team.

George Michael MacIntrye was born on March 14, 1965 in Miami, Florida. He earned a degree in business management at Georgia Tech in 1989 and master's degree in education with an emphasis in sports management in 1991. He is married to Tricia Rowan and has three children.
