Missouri’s Mike Anderson decided to accept an offer to return to Arkansas this eventually made him among the highest paid coaches in the country.
The Razorback Foundation Board offered the basketball coach a contract worth $2.2 million over seven years. The terms were expected to be presented to Anderson in the way of a formal offer. He eventually transferred to St. John's University in the year 2019.
Birmingham-native and University of Missouri basketball coach Mike Anderson teamed with his brother, Cedric Anderson and another partner in 2009 to form a business that buys, fixes up, and leases distressed commercial and residential properties.
The Anderson-Truss Group, formed in February, moved its headquarters into the A.G. Gaston Building at 1527 Fifth Ave. North in downtown Birmingham on Thursday. The company specializes in foreclosed properties as well as homes and buildings that are undervalued, partners Cedric Anderson and Cleo Truss said.
