Chilean football manager and former football player Manuel Pellegrini has an estimated net worth of $21.3 million.

His career began when he joined the youth division of Audax Italiano. Eventually, he joined the Club Universidad de Chile where he played as the club's defender. Pellegrini led the team in winning the Copa Libertadores in 1980. He retired as a player in 1984.

Pellegrini became the coach of Universidad de Chile during the 1988 season. Though he was not successful in handling the team, he was hailed as the manager of Palestino from 1990 to 1992. Eventually, he moved to O'Higgins and stayed with the club for a year. The other teams which he handled include Universidad Catolica and LDU Quito.

In 2001, he joined the Argentine club, San Lorenzo de Almagro as the team's football manager. During his stint with the team, they won their first international title at Copa Mercosur. Pellegrini also managed others clubs which include River Plate, Villarreal, Real Madrid, Malaga, and Manchester City.

Manuel Luis Pellegrini Ripamonti was born on September 16, 1953 in Santiago, Chile. In college, he graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and took up civil engineering. He is married to Carola Pucci and has three children.
