Hugh Freeze is an American football coach for the University of Mississippi which has an estimated net worth of $4.3 million.
Hugh Freeze began his career in football coaching when he landed the role as offensive coordinator and defensive backs coach for the Briarcrest Christian School in 1992. In 1995, he was promoted as head coach for the team. During his tenure, he led the team in winning the state championship twice in 2002, and 2004, and also got the regional championship from 1995 to 1995 and 2001 and 2002.
In 2005, he was hired as an assistant athletic director for Ole Miss Rebels' football external affairs. After the following season, Freeze became the tight end coach and recruiting coordinator. He left the Rebels in 2007 and moved to Lambuth Eagles a year later as head coach.
Freeze joined the Arkansas State Red Wolves as their offensive coordinator in 2010. Then, he was hailed as its head coach in 2011. During his stint, the Red Wolves won the Sun Belt Conference title.
He returned to the Ole Miss Rebels in 2012 as head coach. Freeze received the FCA Coach of the Year award in 2014.
Danny Hugh Freeze was born on September 27, 1969 in Oxford, Mississippi. He graduated from University of Southern Mississippi in 1992, took up a degree in mathematics and minor in coaching and sports administration. He is married to Jill and has three daughters.
