Pedro Martinez’s love for baseball started using improvised ball made of socks. His brother, Ramon tagged him along at a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball camp and clocked his pitches which led him to join the Major Baseball League.

He made his debut to the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1992 after several years of taking the pitcher position for the team’s farm system.
