Joel Segal is an American sports agent with an estimated net worth of $40 million. He is a graduate of Hofstra Law School and has been a private practicing sports agents as well as a contract advisor. He then joined Worldwide Football Management, Inc. and became its President in April 1997. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Magnum Sports & Entertainment.

Mr. Segal has been inducted into the George Washington University Sports Executives Hall of Fame in 2011. He also has been recognized as the 9th Most Powerful Sports Agent in America by Business Insider Law Review in 2010. He was named the 14th Most Powerful Sports Agent by Sports Business Journal in 2008.

As an attorney, Segal used his law degree and background to become one of the most powerful sports agents in the world. He is one of the only two agents to have represented more than one first round draft pick for seven consecutive seasons. He has represented 24 first round draft picks since 2001. Among his high profile clients include Will Smith, Levi Brown, DeAngelo Hall and Reggie Bush. He has also helped his client, Michael Vick, in his dog fighting scandal and his signing with the Philadelphia Eagles. He represents an approximate of 50 players and regularly negotiates a total of $250 million worth of contracts for his clients.
