Eugene Parker is an American sports agent who is known for representing NFL players such as Emmitt Smith,  and Deion Sanders. Considered as among the top 50 influential black personalities in sports arena by Black Enterprise Magazines, Parker is also recognized as the owner of one of the country's premier sports agencies. He ranked #45 on the Sports Illustrated list of the top 101 most influential sports minorities.

Originating from Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA, Eugene E. Parker was born on February 24, 1956. A graduate of Purdue University, Parker was selected by the San Antonio Spurs as a 5th round (108th overall) pick in the 1978 NBA Draft.

Eventually, he founded Maximum Sports Management, which signed Deion Sanders and Rod Woodson. He was influential in helping Sanders obtained a seven-year, $35 million contract with a signing bonus of $13 million in 1995. That lucrative contract made him  the highest paid defensive NFL player. Also, he helped Larry Fitzgerald to get a six-year, $60 million contract, which made him the highest paid rookie player in the history of the National Football League.
