The numerous adventures of Snoopy and the Peanuts gang make up one of the best-known and most iconic comic strips in the world today. Written and illustrated by Charles M. Schulz, the first Peanuts strip appeared in newspapers in the U.S. in 1950 and ran for a staggering forty-nine years, before Schulz announced his retirement in 1999. The strip's wry, observational humour, along with the development of each character in the gang over the years, ensured the long-lasting appeal of a fundamentally simple comic. As well as providing a much-loved part of  daily life to newspaper readers, Snoopy and the Peanuts gang also imparted numerous life lessons, in amongst its depiction of the hilarious and the depressive. Here are twelve of the best life lessons that we can learn from Snoopy and the gang. Good grief, Charlie Brown!
